Nothing beats strawberries that are in season!
Next time you have a bunch of strawberries, whip up this simple recipe with these ingredients you most likely have on hand!
1 c hulled strawberries
1/2 container vanilla or plain yogurt (I use a dairy free yogurt, coconut is best, but soy will do fine!)
1/2 c almond or coconut milk (or any milk that you prefer)
4-5 ice cubes
1-2 tsp. honey
1 tsp. vanilla extract
chia seeds or protein powder are always optional
Blend, serve, and enjoy your strawberries and cream.
