When my neighbor recently put his watermelons on sale, 2 for $2.00, we enjoyed watermelon smoothies all week. The first thing I noticed about watermelon smoothies is that they are usually on the weaker side. Watery with not that much flavor.

1/2 small watermelon (equaling about 2.5 – 3 cups)
2 giant handfuls frozen mango
3 ice cubes
1/2 c. OJ
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
