Every winter it seems as if someone is handing me an armful of mandarin oranges.  Mandarins have such a sweet and tangy taste and they’re easy to eat.  Tiring of things too easily, I gain most of my enjoyment by being creative with what I have.  Make this sweet, glass full of vitamins, perfect for any day of the year.

Blend:

1 pear

2 mandarin oranges or tangerines

1 banana

1 c spinach

1 c almond milk

1 Tbsp. honey

6 ice cubes
