Simple Snack: Banana, Nut Butter & Cinnamon

My brother emailed me, questioning what is a good gluten free cracker.

I asked, “What for?”
He said, “Something to put peanut butter on.”

You don’t need crackers or bread, people! Slice up some bananas, smother with peanut, sunflower or almond butter and sprinkle graciously with cinnamon.

Every time I have this snack all I can think is, “Decadent!”
