Cacao & Peanut Butter Oatmeal Smoothie

A favorite way to start the day!


1 banana

1/2 c. oatmeal

1 1/4 c. almond milk

3 Tbsp. peanut butter

1 Tbsp. cacao nibs

1 1/2 Tbsp. maple syrup

1 Tbsp. chia seeds

3 ice cubes

Dashes of cinnamon

5 Tbsp. yogurt (dairy free yogurt) *optional*

Serves: 2

Servings are on the smaller side but that is fine for such a thick smoothie!

This is not an “everyday smoothie”.  Between the peanut butter and the banana the calories are probably higher than your typical drink!


I’ll often pair my smoothie with a couple handfuls of almonds or trail mix!
