1/2 c. blueberries
1/2 c. GF oatmeal
1 c. almond milk
1 banana
2 Tbsp. yogurt (can use dairy free, plain, vanilla or blueberry)
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
2-3 ice cubes
sprinkle of cinnamon

If you have never had an oatmeal smoothie you are in for a treat! Smoothies tend to be on the light side of breakfast and oatmeal is more toward the filling side. Sucking on your straw you will find a balance of both.
